First of all realise that you need help. Not just ordinary help but help from a higher power.

STEP 2

Ask Jesus

Please say this prayer:

Dear Jesus, I need your help; I ask you to guide me.

Please show me what is true.

And give me life and hope.

I ask this in your mighty name Amen.

* Repeat as often as you can

STEP 3

Believe

Don't just hope that this will work! Believe and you will be answered. Not only will you find a peace, but you will now be led into new thoughts, a new way of life. You now have partnered with Jesus and he promises to never leave you.
